Important Safety Measures
The ISTH is continually evaluating the impact of COVID-19 and updating our safety and security protocols as needed. We will be following Canadian COVID-19 guidelines, please see here for more information.

 

Currently, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is not required for in-person registrants. However, to ensure the safety of all attendees the ISTH recommends attendees be fully vaccinated, as determined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), with an authorized emergency use vaccine. The ISTH reserves the right to modify this policy as to current conditions or mandated by the Government of Canada.

If you are planning to attend the ISTH 2023 Congress, and you live in a country that requires a visa for entry to Canada, please do not wait to apply for your visa. Wait times for visas to Canada can exceed more than 150 days in some cases. You can learn more here.

Registration Information

The ISTH will be offering in-person as well as virtual registration for the ISTH 2023 Congress. See details below. (Please note that all rates are in USD.) Registration is now available here. Group registration for a group of 10 or more can be completed here.  Early registration has now ended.

 

Registration Types:

• In-Person Registration includes:​

  • Access to Education and Scientific Sessions

  • Access to Exhibit Hall

  • Access to Opening Plenary/ISTH Awards Ceremony and Opening Reception

  • Access to Poster Sessions and Poster Session Networking Access to Supported Symposia and Presentation Theaters

  • Lunch on June 25th, 26th, 27th

  • Coffee Breaks on each day of the Congress

• In-Person Registration does not include:

  • Access to the Virtual platform (this is an additional charge)

  • Access to CME Credits (requires an additional $25.00 USD charge)

  • Access to the ISTH 2023 Networking Evening* ( requires an additional $65.00 USD charge)
    The ISTH 2023 Networking Evening will take place separately from the ISTH 2023 Congress. This event provides an opportunity for attendees to network with colleagues and is only open to ISTH 2023 Congress attendees. Further details on the Networking Evening will be available in early 2023.

• Virtual Registration includes:

  • Live access to the Plenary sessions and two concurrent educational and scientific sessions (pre-determined)

  • Access to all sessions on-demand, within 24 hours after the live session, available for 30 days.

  • Note: CME accreditation is not available for virtual or on-demand content
