Guaranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00 a.m. in the Hotel’s time zone (Eastern time zone) the day after the anticipated day of arrival, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited.

Guaranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00 a.m. in the Hotel’s time zone (Eastern time zone) the day after the anticipated day of arrival, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited.
Should a guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund deposits if notice is received prior to 6:00 p.m. in the Hotel’s time zone (Eastern time zone) on the arrival date. The Hotel shall allow attendees to substitute the name of another individual in his or her place at the same rate and the person that cancels their reservation but provides a substitute name concurrently will not be charged a cancellation fee or be required to forfeit their deposit.
In the event that a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee equal to 50% of the daily guestroom rate will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel of any change in the scheduled length of stay at, or before check-in.
Hampton Inn/Homewood Suites (SOLD OUT)
Daily breakfast is included in the rate of each room.
Complimentary WIFI will be provided in every room.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card or by Group. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least 3 working days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained. Any individual cancellation money received by the hotel will be credited toward any potential attrition damage owed by the group.
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out time is set for 12:00 PM (noon). Should you wish for early check-in arrangements for your group, you are required to discuss it with your sales coordinator prior to your venue. In case of late check-out, take note that late charge will apply.
Holiday Inn Montréal Centre-Ville/Downtown (SOLD OUT)
Reservation cut-off date shall be three weeks prior to the first Meeting Date, June 1st, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in the Hotel's local time zone (Eastern time zone).
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual's reservation. Personal check, money order or a valid American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Card or Carte Blanche card number and expiration date or a guarantee to the master account are acceptable. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained. Name changes to room reservations may be made prior to arrival at no charge if there is no change to the arrival and departure dates.
